Redemption in Milwaukee

During a grudge match of epic proportions, Etobicoke re-wrote the wrongs of last year’s encounter as it handed its trash talking opponents a 12.14 (86) to 3.3 (21) defeat. “We owed them one,” Etobicoke coach Greg Everett said. “In fairness to Milwaukee last year, we probably didn’t prepare in the manner we should have and the scoreboard reflected that. “This year we were after a little bit of redemption and I think we gained that. “Hopefully this creates a real rivalry between the two teams and we can have a situation where the two sides square off against each other for years to come.”
